Our firm represented defentants, who had been convicted for organizing illegal gambling to 30 months imprisonment from Athens Criminal Court and appealed against the Judgment.
The Criminal Court of Appeal of Athens accepted the defensive allegations which were presented by our firm and mitigated the 30 months imprisonment to 12 months. The Court of Appeal ruled that the imprisonment sentence should be commuted to money penalty.
