Immigration and Asylum Law

Our office is experienced in handling migration and asylum cases, according to the Greek and European legislation and practice. Part of our services include the legal support and representation, before the administration asylum committees, as well as before the competent courts in case of rejection. We also successfully advise our clients during the administrative process related to the application for International Protection as well as for asylum based on humanitarian reasons, and the process of family reunification of minors with their relatives, who live in other E.U. member states.

Moreover, we undertake the legal support and preparation for applying or renewing residence permits for all the categories (employment, studies, specific reasons, exceptional reasons, family reunification).
