Our firm represented one of the biggest companies of electronic household and office equipment before the criminal court of Athens and joined a civil action against ex suppliers who received goods and paid by bad checks in return. The Court accepted the legal arguments of the civil plaintiff and with Public Prosecutor’s agreement sentenced the defendants to 18 months imprisonment and imposed a money penalty of 3.000 euros.
