Our firm represented a defendant charged for felonious use of counterfeited documents (bills of exchange amounting to 500.000 euros).The representation of the defendant took place before the investigating magistrate at the Athens Court of First Instance.The defendant was released after the unanimous order of the investigating magistrate and the public prosecutor.The only restriction which was imposed on him was the ban on leaving Greece, instead of temporarily imprisonment.
