Our firm represented a mother in a family law case, in a trial related to alimony for her child. Our firm lodged a law suit before Athens First Instance Court. The Court accepted our legal arguments, rejected the defendant’s allegations for unemployment and obliged him to pay alimony which was calculated based on the amount that the defendant could have earned taking into consideration the common knowledge notorious facts (Judgment No: 2.041/2019 Athens First Instance Court).
