Our firm represented a civil plaintiff before the Three-member criminal court of Athens and joined a civil action against the defendant who forged a last will and committed document fraud in order to expel the victim from an inherited real estate property.
The Court accepted the legal arguments of the civil plaintiff and sentenced the defendant to 15 months imprisonment for the first charge, 3 years for the second charge and imposed restriction measures which banned her from leaving the country.
