Our firm represented defendant, who had been convicted for armed robbery, extortion and abduction against two individuals to 22 years imprisonment from Athens Criminal Court and appealed against the Judgment.
The Criminal Court of Appeal of Athens accepted the objections and defensive allegations which were presented by our firm and declared the defendant not guilty for the armed robberies, the extortions and one out of two abductions and mitigated the 22 years imprisonment to 7 years.
The defendant had already served most of the sentence and was released some days later.
