Mediation – Alternative Dispute Resolution

Mediation is an alternative dispute resolution method, which offers many advantages to the parties involved. The main features of this process are the easy access to the procedure, the non-binding character until the parties sign a common agreement, the flexibility, the speed of resolving the issues without addressing the courts, the confidential character as well as the benefit of  saving time and money without involving into long judicial disputes. According to the Greek legal system, mediation require that   all parties be represented by attorneys. Members of our firm are accredited mediators registered in the official list of the Greek Ministry of Justice and provide services either directly, by being appointed as mediators, or by providing legal assistance in mediation cases.
