Our firm represented a victim – civil plaintiff before the Single Member Criminal Court of Athens in a criminal case against the defendant who was accused for committing insult, threat, damage of property and slander. The Court accepted the legal arguments of the civil plaintiff and with Public Prosecutor’s agreement sentenced the defendant to 10 months imprisonment (Judgment 814/2018).
