The defendant lodged an appeal against the convicting Judgment which was issued from the Single Member Criminal Court of Athens in 2016. The Three Member Criminal Court of Athens examined the appeal, repealed the convicting Judgment and dismissed the charges against him (Judgment No: 42.013/2017).
