Our firm represented a father in a family law case, in a trial related to alimony for a minor child.
The plaintiff-mother requested a huge amount as alimony, which could not be paid by the father. Athens First Instance Court accepted our objections and legal arguments which were presented in open court and issued Judgment No. 6167/2017 which limited the alimony to 1/3 of the requested amount.
