Our firm represented a female client who was constantly harassed by her ex-husband who caused her trouble in her professional, social and private life and lodged an interim measures application before Athens First Instance Court. The Court issued decision No. 5853/2017 which prohibited the opposing party from insulting the applicant in any possible way and prohibited any physical approach to our client in a distance of minimum 200 meters. The Court also ordered that every violation of the interim measures decision will have as penalties; 1) a fine of 500 euros in favor of our client and 2) one (1) month detention to the defendant.
